About the Role
The person in this position should be focused on helping build the confidence and skills of homeless people which will be needed to help them rebuild their lives.

Duties and Qualifications:
Duties:
Contact homeless shelters to get work for people who are experiencing homelessness.
(For safety reasons, we don't recommend contacting homeless people directly.)
The people experiencing homelessness will be compensated for collecting and dropping off certain types of seeds to you.
Compensation will be given in the form of gift cards which can't be used for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco products, and lottery tickets.
Funds for this type of work will primarily come from seed sales.
Qualifications:
18+ years old
Capable of walking on uneven, slippery, and/or loose terrain
Proficient with reading and writing in English
Passionate about the work
