About the Role
Initially, this position is going to use conventional tools to disperse seeds. Once we begin finishing prototypes, you will test the prototypes designed to aid restoration work. If you fear for your safety with any prototype, you will not be required to use said prototype.

Duties and Qualifications:
Duties:
Work with project coordinator to determine the best method(s) for dispersing seeds.
Help the project coordinator determine equipment needs and volunteer hours needed.
Track weather to determine optimal planting times.
Lead safety meeting before seed-dispersing activities.
Contact the main office if safety equipment is needed.
Assist with seed dispersion.
Test prototypes of devices for restoration work.
Log volunteer hours and have everyone sign in and sign out from your crew.
Qualifications:
18+ years old
Capable of walking on uneven, slippery, and/or loose terrain
Proficient with reading and writing in English
Passionate about the work
